Refunds

Window

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. The same goes for renewals.

How to ask

Write to suporte@kuramd.app from the email you bought with, or reply to the Dodo Payments receipt. The refund is issued by Dodo Payments to the same payment method.

How long it takes to show up depends on your card or bank.

After the refund

The license is cancelled and the app goes back to the free plan. Your notes stay yours and can be read and edited as usual.

Cancellation

Kura has no subscription, so there's nothing to cancel.
